Went for HME
For de whole day
Only one of de residents welcomed us for health screening
He is a old uncle
Mi:"Eh... Uncle ah, do u hav any other family members health condition wanted to tell us?"

Finally could see ZQ again
Rode wit Melvin & ZQ
Trained a bit at 757
Changed spot which changed the shape of my ankle
Changed to 900+
Attempted my debut trick of de day
Made a 180
However, due to de new shoe i wore
De feel was different
Could nt hook de rear of de bike
End up throwing myself to de ground
Landing all de impact on my ankle
Wat next was lying motionless on de ground
After resting for 30min
Could finally move

28 July

Woke up in the morning
Could nt feel any ting bt pain on de ankle
Crippled all the way to mrt which took mi 25 min
Could nt ride any more
Nid a long time to recuperate
Guess is time to put aside my hobby
And concentrate on academic

29 July

Injury gt better
Could finally rotate my ankle
Nth interesting happened
